I have tried installing a number of shareware modem sharing programs but to no avail. Can anyone out there recommend a dos shared modem server program that Com-share and some of the other small dos programs required that I point the client modem programs to IRQ 14, which PPP programs and dialup eudora simply

Sysop Modem Programs
I've looked everywhere, but I can't seem to find ANY terminal programs for Unix that work with our system. Tip and cu just don't cut it, since they don't have any file transfer protocols, etc. Are there any modem programs for Unix systems which even come close to those available for PCs ?

However, the program, at the upper end of transmission, will only handle 9600 and 19200 - 14400 isn't even in the menu, and NDSU has a 14400 dialup line to its computers. I also don't have a lot of $$$ so....is there a good shareware or FTPable modem program out there (preferably integrated fax/data)?

Edu comp sys atari 8bit (asks at command to set modem speed) I don't know about your cart program, how to set the computer baud rate. Bob Term you can set the baud rate of the computer. So set Bob Term at 4800 and to set the modem at 4800, ats37=8 and atn0 or ats37=8n0 Russg.

My os/2 based modem programs can use the modem on the LS4 server simply by addressing the com port assigned to them by the server. have never had any problems with modem software and I have used a number of old DOS and Win3.x modem programs under Win95. I guess you do not use Winfax and a dos communications program together. Also try switching between your dos communications program a Windows appz that's hardware intensive like Norton
